Product subject to availability, we reserve the right to substitute similar colours and flowers of equal or greater value. In the event of drastic substitutions, clients will be notified of changes for substitution approval

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice as product pricing and supply chains are ever changing
We reserve the right to at any time to modify or discontinue a service without notice
We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of services
Weddings
Consultations: 35$/h at1 hour minimum
Reservations: 40% non-refundable deposit (From quote) is required to secure reservation
Final payment of remaining balance due 6 weeks prior to your wedding date.
Final payments are non-refundable
Any last minute additions require immediate payment
Retail sales
Hard goods: All purchases are final sale and non-refundable
*Plants: In the event of death within 7 days, potential refund (after investigation)
Death after 7 days, non-refundable
The Honest Botanist Hosted Workshops
Reservations: Payment in full is require upon booking to reserve a spot
Cancellations: More than 72h prior to the event customer will receive a 25% refund
Less than 72h prior to the event, non-refundable
Product may be delivered (at the customers expense) already designed or in DIY kit form
Private Booking Workshops
Reservations: Payment is required in full upon booking to secure reservation. 50% of which is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation
Reservation must be made a minimum of 10 days prior to the event
Cancellations: More than 7 days prior to the event 50% refundable . If less than 6 prior to the event, non-refundable
Party Rentals:
Reservations: 40% non-refundable deposit is required to secure reservation
Final payment of remaining balance due 4 days prior to your event date. Final payments are non-refundable
Damage Deposit: additional to rental price a $150.00 deposit is required, and refunded when rental is returned undamaged
